HELP NEEDED

Hi,

I have installed sudo v1.6.3 on Solaris 2.6.

when I try to run sudo as root, it gives

     sudo: syntax error at line 1: `(' unexpected

when I try to run sudo as a normal user, it gives

     ksh: /usr/local/bin/sudo: cannot open


PLEASE HELP!
