sudo 1.6.7 beta3 now available

The third beta of sudo 1.6.7 is now available.  The changes between
beta2 and beta3 are:

 o fixed a long-standing logic thinko in the SIGCHLD handler

 o fixed a typo in auth/kerb4.c

 o fixed some bugs in the new kerberos configure stuff

 o added support for passing -R to ld for systems that need it
