The third (final?) release candidate of sudo 1.6.9 is now available.
Unless a major problem is found I expect to release 1.6.9 July 16th
(next Monday).
You can download 1.6.9rc3 from:
ftp://ftp.sudo.ws/pub/sudo/beta/sudo-1.6.9rc3.tar.gz
http://www.sudo.ws/sudo/dist/beta/sudo-1.6.9rc3.tar.gz
The major changes from 1.6.9rc2 are:
o Now rebuild environment regardless of how sudo was invoked.
o More accurate usage() when called as sudoedit.
o Command line environment variables are now treated like
normal environment variables unless the SETENV tag is set.
o Better explanation of environment handling in the sudo man page.
