[sudo-workers] Support for SSSD as a data source

I made a few minor cleanups (sudo_debug_printf() was not being
called correctly, emalloc/erealloc/estrdup was not always used,
whitespace nits) and committed this to sudo trunk.  It will be part
of sudo 1.8.6 for which there will be a new beta out soon.  If you
check out the default branch in mercurial you will see the sssd
changes.
