How about writing a script say "mykill" with the commands you want and grant
sudo access to "mykill".

Subject: Newbie SUDO question

We are trying to give sudo access to a user that needs to kill a process
that runs as root. We want the user to kill only that process (which is
different every time). We don not know how to specify in the sudoers file
something like:

Cmd_alias = KILL = /usr/bin/kill `cat /tmp/`

The pid of the process is on the /tmp/ file.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
