sudo refresh

I apologize if there is a simple answer to this question.  I have been all
through the site looking for the answer before bothering anyone else.  I
have had sudo running for a  couple of years.  I used visudo to add more
commands for an oracle userid.  For some reason, it has not refreshed and
applied the new permissions.  I had them log completely off and back on, but
that did not do the trick.  What am I missing?
