root's environment

Hello

for some commands i need the root environment, to execute the command
correctly.

for testing i tried it with the following command:
sudo -s find / -name xxx ->  i get the following message:  /usr/bin/ksh:
find: Execute permission denied


i set the set_home flag. i put the find-command as an alias in sudoers,

how do i have to set sudoers file correct, which flags should i set?
