include files?

Is there a way to include a file - a subordinate to sudoers?  Similar to #include in c-language files?
 
I’m looking at a way to introduce time-based access – access that will expire after a period of time.  Automatically modifying the sudoers file would not be too hard, but it makes me paranoid.  I’d like to be able to set up a secondary file, and then just remove or truncate it when the time is expired.
 
Any thoughts are appreciated!
