[sudo-users] Sudo Configuration

Hi
 
I am new to sudo, I am running HP UX 11.11i I installed sudo on the system.
Now I need step by step how to configure.  My requirements is as follows :-
 
1.	CMSOPER  should have permission to shutdown the database and reboot
the system.
2.	Take fbackup/frecover
 
I need help very urgently.
