[sudo-users] Sudo return value = 141

Hi Everyone;

Today I got some strange error as I tried to run some command with sudo; In
fact I did not change any line from the /etc/sudoers, but on every call to
sudo the return value is set to 141.
Well in the man pages nothing is documented about this return value code,
neither on the Internet, so maybe could someone help me on this one!
