>From that trace it looks like the opencsw sudo_ldap package was
linked against the OpenLDAP libraries but sudo is trying to use the
system LDAP libraries, most likely because the opencsw OpenLDAP
package is not installed.

If you still have this problem I'd appreciate it if you could try
the official sudo Solaris packages and see if it works for you.
Those packages are linked against the Sun LDAP libraries.
