[sudo-users] Send sudo session output after session is closed

Hi!

I've been requested to put in place sudo on our AIX servers.  Initially, 
the request was quite simple, restrict some users to get priviledges 
access to the server and to keep track of sudo usage, using sudoreplay. 
Now, I've been asked to find a way to send, by email, the output of every 
sudo session, as soon as the sudo session is closed.

Looking at the sudoers documentation, I've enable the flags mailto and 
mail_always, but it only sent an alert when starting a sudo session.

Our infrastructure :
Server : IBM Power P740
OS : AIX 7.1 TL1
sudo : 1.8.6p3
