[sudo-users] Sudo is not returning anything when NOPASSWD option is set.

That is a bug that was fixed in Sudo 1.7.8p2.  The latest version
of Sudo 1.7.x is 1.7.9, the latest Sudo 1.8.x is 1.8.4p4.  See
