A check using "ldd" shows that both sudo and sudo_logsrvd are linking
against /lib64/libcrypto.so.1.1
and sudo_logsrvd is also linking against /lib64/libssl.so.1.1 which are
provided by
openssl-libs-1.1.1g-15.el8_3.x86_64 rpm package.
