bugzilla messup

While attempting to update to the latest version of bugzilla +
security fixes I managed to blow away the old bugs database and all
the info and users in it.  This isn't such a big deal as I do have
text versions of all the bug reports and there was only one outstanding
bug anyway.  Still, it is annoying.

This is just a heads up to let you know you...
