[sudo-workers] sudo and ldap-only: uid not found

Sorry for that, but I didn't get any response from the list. (Even your answer 
(this I reply to) I got per PM and not vie the list.)

I looked for this some time ago and it was closed as invalid and I forget 
about this issue. Then I had to do some work/updates on my machine and I got 
that error again and it comes to my mind again...

I've added a test user in my ldap only. I can login with that uid, I can ssh 
in my network with this uid - but I can't sudo with it. :-(
As you mentioned in the bugreport you want some files - if this is still right 
I will send you mine.
