[sudo-workers] sudo 1.6.9 beta 5 is now available

The fifth beta version of sudo 1.6.9 is now available.  After talking
to some people it I decided to add a new feature to make the
environment handling changes easier to deal with.

You can ftp 1.6.9b5 from:

The major changes from 1.6.9b4 are:

 o Added support for setting environment variables on the command
   line if the command has the SETENV tag set in sudoers or
   if the setenv option is set.

 o Added a -E flag to preserve the environment if the SETENV tag
   or the setenv option has been set.
