[sudo-workers] sudo 1.8.0 and lib_pam

This has been corrected in the sudo source tree and will be fixed
in sudo 1.8.1.  In general, when a program is linked with a shared
library, modules that the program loads also have the library's
symbols available.  However, it doesn't seem like you can always
rely on this, especially for libraries which call dlopen() themselves
like libpam.
