[sudo-workers] Error/Warning word in visudo output

The Error/Warning prefix was replaced with the file and line number
where the problem occurred.  I don't think the Error/Warning prefix
is very valuable since visudo will require the file to be re-edited
in strict mode anyway. Has someone actually complained about this?
