[sudo-workers] sudoers regex

Hello,

I'd really like to see regex supported in sudoers, I think it would help 
tighten rule sets and many admins are already familiar with regex.

It just so happens that I have a PR open for this. Could the following 
PR be merged please?

I feel this is a very useful feature to have and I hope others do too.
